Miles Accrual
Miles are credited when booking accommodation at Domina Pulkovo directly through the official website,by phone at +7 (812) 383 00 00,by email at reservations@dominapulkovo.ru or at the hotel reception desk.
To receive miles, please register in your personal account on our website and enter your Aeroflot Bonus membership number in the designated field, or provide it to a hotel staff member at the reception upon check-in.
If two or more program members are staying in the same room, miles are credited to the account of only one participant.
Miles are credited within 14 days after check-out.
Miles Are Not Credited
When purchasing any additional services provided by Domina Pulkovo, including food and beverage services at the hotel’s restaurant/bar and services at the spa center.
When special offers and/or promotions of Domina Pulkovo are applied simultaneously.
