This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again — we’re thrilled! We usually come here to celebrate special occasions 😊. Everything — from booking over the phone to check-out — is handled at the highest level. Even the standard rooms look elegant and well-kept. The room service is excellent, and the staff are consistently polite and attentive at every stage. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, the spa, and the downstairs bar — everything was just right. There’s a lovely park nearby with a pond and three churches. The first time we stayed was during Easter, and this time we came for a weekend — we attended services on both Saturday and Sunday. In the evening, a pianist played beautiful classical music on the grand piano in the lounge — it was magical. All in all, this is now our favorite hotel. We've stayed in many places, and this one stands out — we’re not going anywhere else from now on!

My husband and I stayed here for one night in July 2025, and we absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We specifically chose the apartments (they also offer regular hotel rooms), and they were modern, stylish, and spotless. Even though it was a studio, the space felt open and comfortable. The bed was very cozy — we had a great night’s sleep. We were lucky to get a park view, which made the stay not only beautiful but also very quiet. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need for cooking and dining, though we didn’t end up using it. This is now our favorite place to stay in the city, and we’ll definitely come back. We’ll be recommending it to our friends as well.

The lobby stands out with its sophisticated and grand design — it immediately sets the tone. Our room had a large bed, everything was sparkling clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities: slippers, bathrobes, a full set of towels, and toiletries. The room's modern design really caught our attention — all the furniture was new, stylish, and well-chosen. The desk had a unique teardrop-shaped surface, and in the evening we were able to create a cozy ambiance using the various lighting options. In addition to the bed, the room had a very comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. The floor lamp and wall sconces were beautifully coordinated, and the color palette throughout the room was tastefully selected.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and clean — everything you need for daily living is provided. The food is unbelievably delicious and varied, both for adults and children. Room and hotel cleanliness: 10/10.

The impressions from the hotel are only positive! We took a premium room. The car was abandoned in the parking lot without any problems. The lobby of the hotel is very cozy and beautiful!!!A charming girl met us at the reception. Explained and told everything, everything is clear and accessible. The room is clean and it is clear that the hotel staff cares about their guests and reputation. The room is really clean!!! Bed linen, mattress, silence in the room!!! We slept well!!! The cosmetics are good, the room is cleaned every day. The spa is small. Pleasant music, clean, pleasant, relaxing atmosphere in the pool and steam rooms. The lobby bar is open 24/7. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are full, delicious, and satisfying enough. You won't stay hungry!!! There is something to compare it with, and we were quite satisfied. Nearby there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, a cafe, even a beauty salon and a park for walking. We thank the hotel staff for their attentive attitude and caring for the guests. We will definitely come back to you!!!

Great hotel. Conveniently located: the airport is nearby, public transport stops are within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff is beyond praise, they always come to the rescue and do not leave without attention. Nice lobby with live music in the evenings. There is a wonderful restaurant inside. The menu is small, but there is plenty to choose from, the portions are large and everything is very tasty, and the service is excellent. The hotel definitely fully justifies its 5 stars and I want to return here.

This is a great hotel! Stylish, beautiful, comfortable. We took the simplest classic room - very stylish furnishings, a view of the park, a good restaurant, in lobby you can also sit and relax by the bar, by the fireplace. Stylish decor. I liked the spa too - the pool is big enough to swim, the sauna and hammam are also great, we went for Easter, but there were few people. The staff is polite and helpful. In general, I really liked everything, we will definitely come again and more than once!

A wonderful hotel! This is the second time we have stayed here - we like everything! Real 5 stars. Even the simpliest room has slippers, bathrobes, water, black/green tea, sugar for each guest. There are large bottles of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner in the bathroom. The bed is large and comfortable, the mattress is soft) Good sound insulation of the rooms, which is very pleasing) Friendly, helpful staff) On March 8, they saw the girl's bouquet and brought a vase to the room themselves, without our request) We will definitely come back again!

Because I didn't have time to visit the spa area))The room was spacious, everything was new, clean, there is a stove, kettle, dishes, refrigerator, hair dryer, shampoo, gel, hair balm, many disposable accessories. Lots of light, a TV with multiple channels. The staff was polite, helpful) Breakfast was included. It's very diverse, for every taste, everything is fresh and delicious, the desserts were great) One evening, a man was playing the piano in the lobby, beautifully.

Amazing apartments, everything is new, clean, the price is adequate, there is a spa, there is a wonderful restaurant, very tasty. Convenient and close to Pulkovo, 2 reception areas, fast check-in. The rooms have everything. Natura Siberica cosmetics, there is a hair conditioner, which is often forgotten in 4* hotels. The room has ironing facilities and everything you need.

I usually find it difficult to fall asleep in new places, but I fell asleep like at home here. The fact that all the amenities and little things are there is no need to mention - an honest 5 stars. Very tasty food - high-quality products, a full range of dishes. I will be glad to stay here next time.

A wonderful hotel with a high level of service. I stayed in an apartment. They provided a room with a full kitchen with everything necessary. A comfortable bed with the latest linens. SPA with hammam and Finnish sauna. The pool has a comfortable depth of 1.50. Everything is clean and corresponds to 5 stars. The breakfast was at the Danube restaurant worthy of the Rixos level. I'll be happy to come back.

This year we discovered an amazing hotel and were charmed by the coziness and comfort of the rooms. Each room has a kitchenette with a set of dishes, a microwave, a cooktop, a refrigerator, an ironing board and an iron. The bed is comfortable, the linen is snow-white, crisp from cleanliness. Towels and linen were changed every day. The buffet in the restaurant is varied, the food is for every taste, fruits, drinks, sausages, cheese slices, salads, pastries - everything is at the highest level. There is a sauna and a swimming pool, if desired, you can book a time and have a very good rest. We recommend it, you won't regret it. Many thanks to the staff for the fast service.
